Administration of the Noxious Weeds Act in Selwyn County
(Notice No. Ag. 6366)

PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Deputy Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following resolution passed by the Selwyn County Council on the 12th day of August 1957.

RESOLUTION

THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 22 (1) of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Council of the County of Selwyn hereby resolves to assume responsibility for the administration of the said Act within its district as from 1 October 1957.
