and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificates of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificates of title as requested after fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

The number of votes recorded for the proposal was … 163 The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 110 I therefore declare the proposal carried.
