Vesting a Reserve in the Selwyn Plantation Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto in the Selwyn Plantation Board, in trust, for plantation
purposes, subject to the condition that the said reserve shall
be controlled and managed by the said Board in accordance
with the provisions of the Selwyn Plantation Board Act 1953.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in
the Nelson Hospital Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto from an endowment for
hospitals and lunatic asylums to a reserve for hospital purposes,
and further, vests the said reserve in the Nelson Hospital Board,
in trust, without power of sale, for the purpose
of a hospital.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the
Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road
metal purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and further, declares that the said land shall be disposed of
by the Akaroa County Council in such manner, at such price,
and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine,
the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the
Council's reserve account, such moneys to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
