Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Hauraki Plains (Notice No. Ag. 6341)

PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Deputy Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Hauraki Plains County Council on the 12th day of July 1957.

SPECIAL ORDER

THAT, pursuant to the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby resolves by way of special order to declare the following noxious weeds listed in the First Schedule of the said Act to be noxious weeds in the County of Hauraki Plains:

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla).
Lily of the valley vine (Salpichroa organifolia (Lam.) Thell. syn. Salpichroa rhomboidea Miers).
Scentless chamomile (Matricaria inodora).

Dated at Wellington this 29th day of July 1957.

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the County of Matamata (Notice No. Ag. 6342)

PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Deputy Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Matamata County Council on the 20th day of June 1957.

SPECIAL ORDER

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Counties Act 1956, and the Noxious Weeds Extension Order 1957, the Matamata County Council doth hereby resolve and declare by way of special order that the plants named in the Schedule hereto are noxious weeds within the County of Matamata.

SCHEDULE

Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla).
Scentless chamomile (Matricaria inodora).

Dated at Wellington this 29th day of July 1957.
