Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Together With and Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights
Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 29th day of July 1957, together with the sewage easement appurtenant to the land first, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Schedule created in and by Proclamation 13055, Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to the land first described in the said Schedule to the rights of way granted by Her Majesty the Queen to Alfred Buckland and Sons Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, under an agreement dated the 22nd day of December 1948.
