Crown Land in the City of Auckland Set Apart for Railway Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 acre 1 rood 24·1 perches.
Being Lots 1, 5, 7, 12, 15, 50, 51, and 54, D.P. 42380, being part Allotment 66, Parish of Titirangi; Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Auckland City, North Auckland Land District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of July 1957.

Also all that parcel of land containing 39·3 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 4143, being part Section 2, Block IV, Lindhurst Hundred, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 180, folio 201, Southland Registry.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14811 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
