Land Taken for Street in the Borough of Waipukurau

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waipukurau as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of July 1957.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Hawke’s Bay Land District containing 39·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Waipukurau, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 4, Deeds Plan 328, being part Block 16, Waipukurau Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153839 (S.O. 2939) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1957.
