thence westerly and then southerly generally along the boundaries of the Borough of East Coast Bays, as described in Gazette, No. 13, of the 25th day of February 1954, page 291, to and along the boundaries of the Borough of Takapuna, as described in Gazette, No. 49, of the 12th day of August 1954, page 1307, to a point in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, being the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 31225, being Allotment 68 and 69, Parish of Takapuna, with the line of mean high water along the shores of an inlet of Shoal Bay; thence south-westerly along that line of mean high water, to and up the middle of a stream to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 57, D.P. 21894, being parts of Allotments 39 and 40, Parish of Takapuna;
