TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

NOTICE is hereby given that the Port Chalmers Borough Council, at its meeting held on the 21st day of May 1957, resolved to prepare for the Port Chalmers Borough a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.

Every person and every local authority in the district is hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the proposed scheme.

Proposals marked “Port Chalmers Borough District Scheme” should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s office, P.O. Box 15, Port Chalmers, on or before the 16th day of September 1957.

RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, to take for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a road the portions of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to stop the portions of road described in the Third Schedule hereto.

A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken, and of the portions of road proposed to be stopped, is open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Waingaro Road, Ngaruawahia, during forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice; all persons objecting to the proposal must lodge their objections in writing at the office of the Council on or before the 8th day of August 1957.
