In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter
of New Zealand Reblockers Ltd.
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of
the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the
17th day of May 1957, presented to the said Court by Firth
Concrete (Hawke’s Bay) Ltd., whose registered office is at
215 Russell Street, Hastings, and that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Napier on the
2nd day of August 1957, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and
any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to
support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition
may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel
for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the
said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated
charge for the same.

MARTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Security for Fire Station Loan 1955, £18,000
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act 1926, the Marton
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“'That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of eighteen thousand pounds (£18,000)
authorised to be raised by the Marton Borough Council under
the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting a new
fire station and dwelling, the said Marton Borough Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·766d. in the
pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of
the whole of the Borough of Marton; and such special rate
shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such
loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being a period
of twenty years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PAPAKURA BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Water Supply Improvement Loan 1952 (Fifth Portion, £10,000)
“THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act 1926 and of all
other powers and authorities it thereunto enabling, the Papa-
kura Borough Council hereby resolves by special resolution,
intended to operate as a special order, that for the purpose of
providing the principal interest and other charges on a loan
of ten thousand pounds (£10,000) (hereinafter referred to as
‘the said loan’) being the fifth portion of the loan of sixty-
eight thousand four hundred pounds (£68,400) known as the
Water Supply Improvement Loan 1952, £68,400, the said loan
being authorised to be raised by the Papakura Borough
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
renewing the mains from the dam to the reservoir, repairs to
filters, and effecting improvements to the reticulation system,
the said Papakura Borough Council hereby makes and levies
a special rate of one-eighth of a penny (¹⁄₈d.) in the pound
upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the
Borough of Papakura comprising the whole of the Borough
of Papakura and that special rate shall be an annually recur-
ring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable
yearly on the 1st day of September in each and every year
during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty-
five (25) years, or until the said loan is fully paid off.”
The above special resolution, intended to operate as a
special order, was passed at a special meeting of the Papakura
Borough Council convened for that purpose and held on the
13th day of May 1957, and was confirmed at a special meeting
of the said Council held on the 17th day of June 1957, having
meantime been advertised in the Ribbon newspaper on the
29th day of May 1957, and in the Auckland Star newspaper
on the 13th day of June 1957.

BANKS PENINSULA ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Banks Peninsula Electric Power Board hereby resolves as
follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
Development Loan 1957, £44,000, authorised to be raised by
the Banks Peninsula Electric Power Board under the above-
mentioned Act for the purpose of enlarging and extending the
Board's electrical system, the said Banks Peninsula Electric
Power Board hereby makes a special rate of one-eighth of a
penny (¹⁄₈d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on
the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property of the
Banks Peninsula Electric Power District, comprising the
whole of Counties of Akaroa, Mount Herbert, and Wai-
rewa, the district of Diamond Harbour within the Borough
of Lyttelton, and that small portion of the County of Heath-
cote as described in Gazette, No. 14, dated 4 March 1954,
page 333; the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of the loan and shall be payable yearly on
the lst day of July in each and every year during the currency
of the loan, being a period of eight years, or until the loan is
fully paid off.”

BOROUGH OF TE PUKE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Te Puke Borough-
Tauranga County Joint Planning Committee, at its meeting
held on the 6th day of June 1957, has resolved to prepare for
the Te Puke Borough and for the parts of Tauranga County
described in the Schedule to this notice a district scheme as
required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district is
hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its
opinion, should be considered in the preparations of the
proposed scheme.
Proposals marked “Te Puke Borough - Tauranga County
Joint District Scheme” should be addressed to the Town
Clerk, P.O. Box 37, Te Puke, and delivered at the office of
the Te Puke Borough Council on or before the 30th day of
August 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District and the
Tauranga County and the Te Puke Borough, Maketu Survey
District.
Bounded by a line commencing at the north-east corner
of Section 15, Block VI, of the Maketu Survey District and
running south generally along the eastern boundary of Sec-
tion 15, Section 13, Section 1s, and Section 9s to its junction
with a public road; thence along the northern boundary of
the aforesaid public road, across the intersecting public
road, to and along the southern boundary of Section 7s to its
junction with Section 5, to and along the southern boundary
of the aforesaid Section 5, crossing the intersecting public
road, to and along the southern boundary of Section 10,
then to and along the southern boundary of Section 16,
crossing the intersecting public road and from thence in a
straight line to the south-east corner of Section 24; thence
along the southern boundaries of Section 24 and across an
intersecting public road, to and along the southern boundaries
of Sections 40, 39, and 38 to the Atuaroa Stream; thence
northerly generally along the Atuaroa Stream to the northern
boundary of an intersecting public road; thence in a westerly

public road to the intersection with a line joining Otara
Trigonometrical Station with Trigonometrical Station

intersecting public road to the north-west corner of Allotment
1 as shown on the plan numbered 15699 deposited in the
office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence in
an easterly direction along the northern boundary of the
aforementioned lot and continuing in a right line along the
northern boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. 15699, Lot 3, D.P. 1286,
and Lot 1, D.P. 20374, to the north-eastern corner of the
last-mentioned lot; thence south along the eastern boundary
of the aforesaid allotment to the boundary of Lot 2, D.P.
20204; thence in an easterly direction along the northern
boundary of the aforesaid Lot 2 to the west bank of the
Kaituna River; thence south along the west bank of the last-
mentioned river to the junction with the Waiari River; thence
in a southerly direction generally along the west bank of the
aforesaid Waiari River to the East Coast Main Trunk Rail-
way, continuing in a right line across the last-mentioned
railway and from thence in a south-easterly direction gen-
erally along the southern boundary of the aforesaid railway to
the Parawhenuamea Stream; thence southerly along the
aforesaid stream to the southern boundary of a public road;
thence westerly along the southern boundary of the last-
mentioned public road to the north-east corner of Section 15B;
