A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day
of June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Nelson Land District containing
9·8 perches, situated in Block I, Waimea Survey District,
Nelson R.D., being part Section 84, District of Waimea West;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 153508 (S.O. 10009) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of June 1957.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, subject as to Lot 8, D.P. 38911, to the stormwater
drainage rights created in and by memorandum of transfer
No. 506875, Auckland Land Registry, for an automatic tele-
phone exchange and line store; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of
June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District
containing 1 rood 24·5 perches, situated in the Borough of
East Coast Bays, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 8 and 9,
D.P. 38911. All certificates of title, Volume 1035, folio 71,
and Volume 1128, folio 298, Auckland Land Registry.

Land, Subject to Certain Easements, and an Easement Over
Land Taken for an Automatic Telephone Exchange in the
Borough of Lyttelton

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, subject to the easements created in and by memoran-
dum of transfer No. 256493 (Canterbury Land Registry), for
an automatic telephone exchange; and I also hereby pro-
claim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for an
automatic telephone exchange over the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen
full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity
to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her
Majesty's servants, agents, and workmen from time to time
and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or
without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said
land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of
way for the purpose of providing access to the land described
in the First Schedule, such easement to be appurtenant to the
said land described in the said First Schedule; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 24th day of June 1957.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining 6·6 perches, situated in the Borough of Lyttelton,
Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 43, D.P. 9607, being part
Rural Section 1333; coloured orange on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District con-
taining 22·4 perches, situated in the Borough of Lyttelton,
Canterbury R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 14050, being
part Rural Section 1333; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 153290 (S.O. 9130) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
an electric power substation, and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of
June 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 2·22 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, being
part Lot 33, D.P. 582, being part Section 155, Town of Wel-
lington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the
plan marked P.W.D. 153594 (S.O. 23589) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

and Blueskin District, Otago R.D., and being Lots 16 and 15,
Block II, Deeds Plan 123, Township of Merchiston. All certifi-

parcels).
