CORRIGENDA

IN the Proclamation dated 28 May 1957, taking land for State housing purposes in the City of Gisborne, and published in Gazette, No. 42, 30 May 1957, page 1075, in the description of the area of 6 acres 1 rood 11·4 perches read “Lots 1 to 6 (both inclusive), 9 to 31 (both inclusive), D.P. 4243”, for “Lots 1 to 6 (both inclusive), 9 to 31 (both inclusive), D.P. 4234”.

IN the notice releasing land from the provisions of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Te Kaha Development Scheme) published in the Gazette, 28 March 1957, No. 25, page 557, for “Te Kaha 50B, area 222 acres 0 roods 0 perches” read “Te Kaha 50B, area 222 acres 0 roods 10 perches”.

Land Held for the Purposes of an Accommodation House, and a Public Reserve, Set Apart for a Public School in Blocks X and XI, Orahiri Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto now held for the purpose of an accommodation house, and the public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of June 1957.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the Orahiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 2 roods 33·7 perches, being Lot 1, D.P. 30223, being part Section 18, Block X, Orahiri Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 748, folio 60, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1957.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 7 acres 2 roods 18·5 perches, situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 315, Matata Parish; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153640 (S.O. 37842) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1957.
