Land Taken for Road in Block I, Waitara Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.

SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land in the Taranaki Land District, situated in Block I, Waitara Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 0·9 Part Ngatirahiri 2D Block; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 3 3·2 Part Ngatirahiri 2D Block; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 0·1 Part Waihi Stream Bed; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 0·1 Part Waihi Stream Bed; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 5·2 Part Ngatirahiri 2H Block; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152890 (S.O. 8791) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of May 1957.

Land Taken for Street in the Borough of Otaki

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otaki as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of June 1957.

SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situated in the Borough of Otaki, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 2·2 Part bed of Mangapouri Stream; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 9·8 Part Lot 2, D.P. 5835, being part Titokitoki 3H 1, and accretion; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153444 (S.O. 23546) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Kumeu motorway.
