Attendants or Exhibitors Travelling in Charge of Livestock Exhibits—Attendants or Exhibitors travelling in charge of livestock exhibits en route to agricultural shows, or approved exhibitions of livestock | .. | Tickets issued under the provisions of this paragraph will be available for travel only on the trains by which the livestock exhibits are conveyed. Each application for a ticket must be accompanied by a certificate as per pro forma A (see paragraph 13). Where an attendant or exhibitor travels by goods train he will require to take all risk of accident and to indemnify the Department against any responsibility in respect of his travelling on such train. |

Bandsmen—Bandsmen in uniform, travelling to participate in band contests, and the wives and families of such bandsmen when accompanying them | 20 | Tickets will be available for use on the outward journey within seven days previous to and at any time during the contest, provided the person to whom the ticket is issued can reach the destination in time to take part in the contest. (See paragraph 1 (c) hereof.) Each application for tickets must be accompanied by a certificate as per pro forma C (see paragraph 13). |

Each application for tickets must be accompanied by a certificate in the following form: I HEREBY certify that ........ members of the ........ organisation are travelling in uniform from ........ to ........ to attend a parade (or instruction camp) at ........ on ........ Authorised Officer. Tickets will be available for use on the outward journey within seven days previous to and at any time during the camp, provided the Lone Scout can reach the camp in time to take part in its business. Each application for tickets must be accompanied by a certificate as per pro forma C (see paragraph 13) signed by the Dominion Commissioner for Lone Scouts, or the Secretary, Boy Scouts Association (N.Z.), Inc. |
