Declaration That Part of the Te Awa Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Land
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Te Awa Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said land.
