A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 25 perches, situated in Block V1, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Section 5B, Kaimahi Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153199 (S.O. 9078) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of April 1957.
