A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
together with the drainage rights contained in memoranda of
transfer Nos. 97029, 100684, and 104509, Otago Land Registry,
and subject to the drainage rights contained in memorandum
of transfer No. 106162, Otago Land Registry, for police
purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 29th day of April 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Otago Land District containing
19·4 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D.,
and being Lot 4, D.P. 4024, being also part Section 49, Block
IX, North Harbour and Blueskin District. All certificate of
title, Volume 246, folio 183, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of April 1957.

and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land in the Wellington Land District, situ-
ated in the Huangarua Survey District, Wellington R.D.,
described as follows:

Ahiauhe Block, Block X; coloured blue on
plan.

Ahiauhe Block, Block VI; coloured blue on

1 0 9·8 Land on D.P. 9211, being part Section 1, Ahia-
ruhe Block, Block VI; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 153213 (S.O. 23416) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED
ALL that piece of road in the Wellington Land District con-
taining 3 roods 32·1 perches, situated in Block VI, Huangarua
Survey District, Wellington R.D., and adjoining land on D.P.
9211, and part land on D.P. 3913, being part Section 1, Ahia-
ruhe Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 153213 (S.O. 23416) deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green.

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 207 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes
an Order in Council made on the 19th day of July 1939, and
published in Gazette on 27 July 1939, No. 56, page 2059, and
affecting Te Koutu No. 1A No. 1 and other blocks.
