Change of the Purpose of Reserves and Vesting in the Rodney County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto from reserves for esplanade purposes to reserves for recreation purposes, and further, vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rodney, in trust, for the purpose of recreation.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Amuri County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri and revokes the reservation for a site for a war memorial hall and bowling green over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
