A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of April 1957.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 acre and 0·1 perch, situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 12, L.T. Plan 44483. Part certificates of title, Volume 45, folio 178, and Volume 430, folio 46.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of April 1957.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 3 acres 2 roods 9·3 perches, situated in Block VII, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 33, Pakuranga Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153149 (S.O. 39777) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

S. 246, being part Parawai No. 2 L Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 153150 (S.O. 38074) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.
SCHEDULE
ALL that land on D.P. 8078, being Motuarohia or Roberton Island, situated in Block XIII and XIV, Bay of Islands Survey District: Area, 128 acres 2 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 201, folio 176.
As shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/417 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Fiord County, containing 290 acres, more or less, and being Section 6, Block XIV, Waitutu Survey District. As shown on plan No. 209/9 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 3581.)

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street Off Boyd Avenue in the Borough of Onehunga Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Onehunga Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 152987 referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Onehunga, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 3 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 1, Section 38, Village of Onehunga.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152987 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
