Election to Administer Estates Under Public Trust Office Act 1908, and Amendments
Pursuant to the Public Trust Office Act 1908, and amendments, the Public Trustee has filed in the Supreme Court an election to administer in respect of the several estates of the persons deceased whose names, residences, and occupations (so far as known) are set out hereunder:

Classification of Roads in Chatham Islands County
Pursuant to regulation 3 (11) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes that Warrant dated the 12th day of October 1955, classifying roads described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby approves the Chatham Island County Council's proposed classification of roads as set out in the said Schedule.

Classification of Roads in Whakatane County
Pursuant to regulation 3 (7) of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, the Commissioner of Transport hereby revokes that Warrant dated the 18th July 1950* which classified roads in the Whakatane County and hereby alters the Whakatane County Council's proposed classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto and approves such altered classification as set out in the said Schedule.

Biological Products Exempted from the Provisions of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951 (Notice No. Ag. 6280)
Pursuant to subclause (14) of regulation 40 of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951, notice is hereby given that the Stock Remedies Registration Board has resolved that the provisions of the said regulation shall not apply to the following product:
Chloromycetin Ophthalmic Ointment 1 per cent (for the use in the treatment of infectious ophthalmia “Pink Eye” in cattle).
Dihydrostreptomycin Veterinary Cerate (for the treatment of bovine mastitis).
Streptopen Veterinary Cerate, 100,000, 500,000 (for the treatment of bovine mastitis).
Terramycin Antibiotic Feed Supplement.
