A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of April 1957.

All that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 rood 36·7 perches, situated in the Borough of Ashburton, being Lot 25, D.P. 18741, being part Rural Section 6572. Part certificates of title, Volume 191, folio 271, Volume 631, folio 4, and Volume 639, folio 34, Canterbury Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the subsoil down to a plane 50 ft. below and approximately parallel to the surface of the said land.
