A. PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development
of water power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of
April 1957.
