As the same is more particularly shown on plan marked L. and S. 23/807 deposited in the Head Office of the Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington.

(3) Roy’s Bay, being that portion of Lake Wanaka lying south generally of a right line running from Eely Point to the point where the northern bank of Scar Burn joins the said lake and in addition a strip of land one quarter mile in width around the margin of the above-defined portion of that lake, such strip of land being extended to include the whole of the township of Wanaka.

(7) Part of Lake Wakatipu and surrounding land (Queenstown, etc.): All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,400 acres, more or less, being part of the waters of Lake Wakatipu and land in the vicinity, commencing at Trig. Station I near Refuge Point in Block VII, Coneburn Survey District; thence bounded towards the south-west by a line to the southern corner of Section 28, Block I, Mid-Wakatipu Survey District; thence towards the north-west generally by the said Section 28; thence by a line from the south-eastern corner of the aforesaid section of the southern corner of Section 73, Block XX, Shotover Survey District; thence towards the north-west generally by Sections 19, 22, 8, by the crossing of a road, by the said road, and by Section 11, said Block XX; thence towards the east and north-east generally by Sections 75 and 32, said Block XX, to the southern side of Frankton Road; again towards the north-west by said road to the eastern boundary of the Town of Frankton; thence again towards the north-east generally by the eastern boundary of said town to the Kawerau River; thence across said river to the most northern corner of Block XII, Coneburn Survey District; thence by part of that block to a road; thence towards the south-east generally by said road to the most southern corner of Section 2, Block I, Coneburn Survey District; thence by a line to Trig, Station I, being the commencing point.
Southland Acclimatisation District
Reference to Description: Gazette No. 50 of 26 July 1945 at page 945 (excepting therefrom all that country to the north of a line starting at Lake Monowai, and thence down the south side of the Monowai River to the Waiau River, up the west side of the Waiau River to the boundary with the Southern Lakes Acclimatisation District, as defined by a notice board; thence along the boundary of the said acclimatisation district to the main Te Anau-Mossburn road where defined by a notice board; thence along the said Te Anau-Mossburn road to the Whitestone River; thence along the eastern bank of the Whitestone River to the northern corner of Lynwood cultivated land; and thence along the Lynwood fence to the Lynwood-Mararoa boundary fence; and thence along the said boundary fence to the north side of Mararoa cultivated land and down the fence on the eastern side of the cultivated land to the Prospect-Mararoa road; and thence down the said road to the Mararoa Station; thence along the Mararoa Station-Mavora road via the Chimneys Bridge to the junction with the old Te Anau-Mararoa road; thence along the said road to the Oreti River; thence down the western side of the Oreti River to the site of the old accommodation house in the Township of Centre Hill; thence in a straight line to the Township of Athol; thence in a straight line in a northerly direction to the junction of the Mataura River and Robert Creek).
