Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land Subject as to Part to a Building-line Restriction

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land first described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 11th day of February 1957, and the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 7th day of December 1956, subject as to the land secondly described to the building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 438830, Canterbury Land Registry.
