Alteration of Roads Council Districts

PURSUANT to section 7 of the National Roads Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the following resolution was passed by the National Roads Board on the 22nd day of February 1957.

The National Roads Board hereby resolves that on and from the 1st day of April 1957:

1. No. 2B Roads Council District, as constituted by resolution of the Main Highways Board on 19 June 1946, shall cease to be a Roads Council District.

2. The area described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby constituted a Roads Council District and shall be known as No. 2B Roads Council District.

3. The area described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby constituted a Roads Council District and shall be known as No. 2C Roads Council District.

FIRST SCHEDULE

All that area comprised within the Counties of Raglan, Waipa, Waikato, Otorohanga, and Waitomo; the Boroughs of Ngaruawahia, Huntly, Hamilton, Te Awamutu, Otorohanga, Te Kuiti, and Cambridge; and the Town District of Leamington.

SECOND SCHEDULE

All that area comprised within the Counties of Coromandel, Thames, Ohinemuri, Hauraki Plains, Piako, and Matamata; and the Boroughs of Thames, Paeroa, Waihi, Te Aroha, Morrinsville, Matamata, and Putaruru.

Biological Products Exempted from the Provisions of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951

PURSUANT to subclause (14) of regulation 40 of the Stock Remedies (Biological Products) Regulations 1951, notice is hereby given that the Stock Remedies Registration Board has resolved that the provisions of the said Regulation shall not apply to the following products:

• Combestrol Hexoestrol
  Stilboestrol (Veterinary) ... For caponising poultry by subcutaneous implantation.
• Implantin Stilboestrol
  Tabloid Hexoestrol
• Wellcome Stilboestrol Veterinary Pessaries ... For use in uterine disorders in cattle.
• Wellcome Solution of Stilboestrol in Oil
• Vetemul ... When used as an additive to poultry and livestock foods.
• Mastics Penicillin.
