Declaration That the Okahu Bay Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve Subject to Part II of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Okahu Bay Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act.

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Tawa Flat Borough Council on the 17th day of December 1956:

"The Tawa Flat Borough Council, pursuant to the powers conferred upon it by section 8 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, hereby declares all that piece of land now vested in it and described in the Schedule hereto to be a public reserve within the meaning of the above-mentioned Act for the purposes of recreation."
