EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 405, folio
191 (Canterbury Registry), for 32 perches, or thereabouts,
situated in Block V of the Halswell Survey District, being part
of Rural Sections 1712 and 1880, in the names of James
Fraser, of Lincoln Farm, labourer, and Jean Fraser, his wife
(both now deceased), having been lodged with me together
with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title
in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue
such new certificate of title upon the expiration of fourteen
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
Dated this 15th day of March 1957 at the Land Registry
Office, Christchurch.

Registry) in the name of Martin John Shaw, of Kaniere, law
clerk, for 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Section 1791,
Block I, Kaniere Survey District, and Volume 8, folio 274, in
the name of George Shaw, of Kaniere, miner (now deceased),
for 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, being Section 1792, Block
I, Kaniere Survey District, an application (K. 20904) having
been made to me to issue two new certificates of title in lieu
thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such
new certificates of title on the expiration of fourteen days from
the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
