lying within the area specified herein.

BOUNDARIES OF COUNTY OF WAITOTARA

All that area in the Taranaki and Wellington Land Districts
bounded by a line commencing at a point being the intersection of the middle line of the Wanganui River with a right
line running from Mount Humphries to the confluence of the
Tangarakau River and the said Wanganui River; thence proceeding southerly generally down the middle of the Wanganui
River to its mouth; thence north-westerly to and along the sea
coast to the middle of the mouth of the Waitotara River;
thence north-easterly generally up the middle of the Waitotara
River to a point opposite the mouth of the Mangaone Stream;
thence to and up that stream and along the southern boundary
of Section 28, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District, to Wharekarangi Trig. Station; thence northerly generally along the
eastern boundary of Section 28 aforesaid, the eastern boundary
of Section 4, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District, across a
road and along the eastern boundaries of Sections 12 and 14,
Block I, Nukumaru Survey District, the western and northern
boundaries of Section 11, Block II, Nukumaru Survey District,
to the Orangihoangi Trig. Station; thence northerly generally
along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 11, Block XIV, Momahaki Survey District, and the
Mangamingi Stream, to and up the Te Korokio Stream and
along the western and northern boundaries of Manganuiotahu
Block to the western boundary of Lot 3 as shown on plan
2765 deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at
Wellington; thence northerly generally along the said western
boundary and north-westerly and easterly along the southern,
western, and northern boundaries of Lot 1 on plan 2764
deposited as aforesaid, to Watershed Road; thence northerly
generally to and along the middle of that road, to and along
the summit of the range over Maungarau Trig. Station to
Mount Humphries; thence along a right line running in the
direction of the confluence of the Tangarakau and Wanganui
Rivers to the middle of the latter river, the point of commencement; excluding therefrom that part of the City of
Wanganui, herein described, which is within the abovedescribed area.

BOUNDARIES OF UPOKONGARO RIDING OF COUNTY OF WANGANUI

All that area in the County of Wanganui bounded by a line
commencing at a point in the middle of the Wanganui River
on the production of the middle line of Pauls Road; thence
northerly generally up the middle of that river to a point
in line with the south-western boundary of the land as shown
on the plan numbered 10261 deposited in the office of the
District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence to and along
that boundary and the production thereof to the middle of the
Wanganui River (left bank) Main Highway; thence southerly
generally along the middle of that main highway to its junction with the Wanganui-National Park State Highway; thence
easterly generally along the middle of that State highway to
and along the middle of the road taken by Proclamation in
Gazette, 1942, at page 2166, and containing 3 roods 3.3
perches, more or less, along the middle of the road forming
the western boundaries of the land as shown on the plan
numbered 9970 deposited as aforesaid, being part Whataroa
Block, and along the middle of Matatara Road to its termination, along part of south-western boundary of Piko Piko
No. 1 Section 17 and the southern boundaries of Piko Piko
No. 1 Section 18 to McLean’s Pole Trig. Station; thence
southerly along the eastern boundary of Makirikiri No. 2
and the eastern boundary of Section 305, Left Bank Wanganui
River, to the north-eastern corner of Section 304, Left Bank
Wanganui River; thence westerly generally along the northern
boundaries of the said Section 304 and Sections 329, 331, 332,
333, 334, 335, 336, the northern and part of the western boundaries of Sections 339 and 340, and the northern and western
boundaries of Section 341 and part of the northern boundary
of Section 350, all these sections of Left Bank Wanganui River,
the northern and western boundaries of Section 1s, Graham
Settlement, parts of the western and northern boundaries of
Section 361, the northern and western boundaries of Section
360, part of the western boundary of Section 295, the northern
boundary of Section 293, and the northern and part of the
north-western boundaries of Section 292, all these sections of
Left Bank Wanganui River, to the middle of the Mateongamonga Stream; thence westerly generally down the middle of
that stream to its intersection with the middle of Kaimatira
Road; thence south-easterly along the middle of that road to
a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 3 as shown
on the plan numbered 8170 deposited in the office of the
District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence westerly to and
along the northern boundaries of the said Lot 3 and Lots 2
and 1 as shown on that plan, to the north-western corner of
the last-mentioned lot; thence southerly along the western
boundary of that lot and part of the western boundary of
Lot 6 as shown on that plan to the northern corner of Lot 9
as shown on the plan numbered 902 deposited as aforesaid;
thence westerly generally along the northern boundaries of
that lot and Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2 as shown on that plan
to a point at the north-western corner of the said Lot 2, being
also a point on the boundary of the City of Wanganui hereinbefore described; thence westerly generally along the city
boundary to a point on the left bank of the Wanganui River
in line with the middle of Pauls Road and along the production of the middle of Pauls Road to the middle of the
Wanganui River, being the point of commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF KAUKATEA RIDING OF COUNTY OF WANGANUI

All that area in the County of Wanganui bounded by a line
commencing at a point in Block I of Whangaehu Survey District, being the north-eastern corner of Section 304, Left Bank
Wanganui River; thence southerly and south-westerly generally along the eastern boundaries of Sections 304, 303, 302;
and 301, the northern boundary of Section 300, the northern
and western boundaries of Section 299, the western boundary
of Section 235, the northern and north-western boundaries of
Section 230, and the north-western boundaries of Sections 228;
229, and 256, all of Left Bank Wanganui River, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the
Matarawa Stream; thence westerly down the middle of that
stream to a point in line with the western boundary of Section
315, Left Bank Wanganui River; thence southerly along that
boundary to the northern boundary of Section 197, Left Bank
Wanganui River; thence westerly generally along the northern
boundaries of Sections 197 and 196, the northern and northwestern boundaries of Section 195, to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Section 178, all of Left Bank Wanganui
River, across a public road and along the northern boundaries
of Sections 178, 128, 127, 126, 125, 124, 123, 59, 58, 57, 56, 55,
54, 53, 52, 51, 50, 49, 48, 47, 46, all of Left Bank Wanganui
River, and the northern and western boundaries of Section
45, Left Bank Wanganui River, to a point 749.2 links distant
from Portal Street, being also a point on the boundary of the
City of Wanganui hereinbefore described; thence northerly
generally along the city boundary to the north-western corner
of Lot 2 as shown on the plan numbered 902 deposited in the
office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington, the said
point being on the boundary of the Upokongaro Riding hereinbefore described; thence easterly generally along the southern
boundaries of that riding to the north-eastern corner of
Section 304, Left Bank Wanganui River, being the point of
commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF BRUNSWICK-WESTMERE RIDING OF COUNTY OF

WAITOTARA

All that area in the Waitotara County bounded by a line
commencing at a point in the middle of the Wanganui River
opposite the north-east corner of Tauwhare Block, Block IX,
Waipakura Survey District, being also a point on the boundary of Waitotara County hereinbefore described; thence
proceeding southerly generally along the said County boundary to the eastern corner of Lot 34 shown on plan 2675
deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence generally north-westerly and south-westerly
along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 34, Montgomery Road, and the Heads-Mosstown Main Highway to the
north-eastern boundary of Section 227, Right Bank Wanganui
River; thence in a south-easterly direction along the said
boundary line of said Section 227 to the south-western corner of
Lot 7 shown on plan 2006 deposited as aforesaid, being also a
point on the County boundary hereinbefore described; thence
generally north-westerly along the said County boundary to
the mouth of the Kai-Iwi Stream situated in Block XV,
Nukumaru Survey District; thence to and up the middle of
the Kai-Iwi Stream to the south-western boundary of Kai-Iwi
6F 6A Block; thence north-westerly and north-easterly along
the south-west and north-west boundaries of Kai-Iwi 6F 6A
aforesaid and the north-west boundary of Kai-Iwi 6F 6B
Block and the north-west and north-east boundaries of KaiIwi 6G Block to the middle of the Kai-Iwi Stream; thence
north-easterly along the middle of the Kai-Iwi and Karemu
Streams, the north-west boundaries of Rangitatau No. 1B
Block, Runs 27A and 26A and Lots 1 and 2 of plan 4471
deposited as aforesaid, to the north-west corner of said Lot 1;
then generally north-easterly and south-easterly along the
north-west boundary of the said Lot 1, the north-west, northeast, and south-east boundaries of Kauarapaoa Block to the
north-west boundary of Lot 1 of plan 7113 deposited as aforesaid; thence generally in a southerly direction by the northwest boundary of said Lot 1, the south boundary of the Kauarapaoa Block, the east and south boundaries of Run 30 and
Section 21, Block V, Waipakura Survey District, to the Tokomaru East Road; thence south-easterly along the Tokomaru
East Road, the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block IX,
Waipakura Survey District, and the north-western boundary of
Tauwhare Block to the north-east corner of the Tauwhare
Block; thence along a right line to a point in the middle of the
Wanganui River opposite the said corner, being the point of
commencement.

BOUNDARIES OF MOSSTOWN RIDING OF COUNTY OF WAITOTARA

All that area in the Waitotara County bounded generally
towards the east and south by the County boundary, from the
eastern corner of Lot 34 of plan 2675 deposited in the office of
the District Land Registrar at Wellington to the north-east
boundary of Section 227, Block V, Westmere Survey District;
then in a westerly direction along the boundary of said
Section 227 to the Heads-Mosstown Highway; thence northeasterly along the said highway and the Montgomery Road to
the north-east corner of aforesaid Lot 34; thence south-easterly
along the north-east boundary of said Lot 34 to the point of
commencement.
