All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in
the middle of the mouth of the Awarua River in Big Bay; thence proceeding

of the Electoral Districts of Westland, Otago Central, Clutha, and Awarua,
hereinbefore described, to the point where the western shore of New River
Harbour meets the sea coast; thence westerly and northerly generally along the
sea coast, crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to the point of
