line with the north-eastern boundary of part Section 19, Omata District, in
Block VIII, Paritutu Survey District; thence north-easterly along the sea coast
to the north-west corner of A 2, part Reserve A, Section 136, Block I, Paritutu
Survey District; thence south-easterly, south-westerly, and north-westerly gener-
ally along the boundary of the Electoral District of Stratford, hereinbefore
described, to the point of commencement; and including all adjacent islands,
all wharves, and other extensions seaward.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast
being the northernmost corner of Section 26, Block IV, Cape Survey District;
thence south-easterly and easterly generally along the boundary of the Electoral
District of Stratford, hereinbefore described, to the intersection of the production
westward of the southern boundaries of Blocks VI and VII, Taurakawa Survey
District, with the northern side of Koane Road; thence southerly generally
along the said northern side and the eastern side of that road to a point in
line with the eastern boundary of Section 5, Block XVI, Omoana Survey District;
thence westerly generally along a right line, across Koane Road, to and along
the eastern and southern boundaries of the said Section 5, and the production
of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Lower Moeawatea Road;
thence southerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the
northern boundary of Section 2, Block IV, Opaku Survey District; thence
south-westerly generally along the northern boundaries of the said Section 2
