Block VII, Rotoma Survey District, to and along a right line across the
Rotorua-Matata Main Highway, to and along the northern boundary of Section 12,
Block VII aforesaid, to its intersection with a right line, between the south-
eastern corner of Section 6 of Block VI, Waihi South Survey District, and the
north-western corner of part of Section 15 of Block XI, Rotoma Survey District
aforesaid; thence southerly generally along a right line, to and along the
western boundary of the aforesaid Section 15, the western boundary of part of
Allotment 63, Parish of Matata, to the south-western corner of that allotment;
thence along a right line to Trig. Station No. 18, Maungawhakamana, situated
in Block III, Ruawahia Survey District, along another right line passing
through Trig. Station No. 38, Ahiwhakamura, situated in Block X, Kaingaroa
Survey District, to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station
No. 76A, Tawhiuau, situated in Block XIV, Galatea Survey District, and
Trig. Station No. 31, Paeroa, situated in Block V, Paeroa Survey District;
then southwesterly generally along a right line to Trig. Station No. 78, Pekepeke,
situated in Block III, Wheao Survey District, along a right line to Trig. Station
No. 76, Taupiri, situated in Block XII, Wheao Survey District aforesaid, along
a right line to Trig. Station F, Tiritiri, situated in Block III, Heruiwi Survey
District, along a right line to Trig. Station B, Pukeroa, situated in Block XI,
Heruiwi Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the south-
eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XI aforesaid, and a right
line being that boundary produced to the middle of the public
road forming the south-western boundary of the said Section 1; thence
along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary
of Lot 14 on D.P. 21390, being part Pukahunui No. 2 Block in Block XIV,
Heruiwi Survey District; thence along a right line to and along that south-
eastern boundary, and along another right line, being that boundary produced
to the middle of the Waipunga Stream; thence down the middle of that stream
to and along the middle of the public road forming the north-western boundary
of Section 2, Block XIV, Heruiwi Survey District, to its intersection with a right
line between Te Taumutu Trig. Station situated in Block XVI, Heruiwi Survey
District, and the intersection of the middle of the Taupo-Napier Road with
the middle of the Rangitaiki River; thence along that right line to the afore-
said intersection, and along another right line to the easternmost corner of
Tauhara South A Block; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundaries
of the said Tauhara South A Block and part Tauhara South B Block, crossing
the intervening streams and public roads, to the shore of Lake Taupo; thence
south-westerly and northerly generally along that shore to and along the
western boundaries of Tihoi Nos. 1 and part 3B Blocks, along the southern
and western boundaries of Tihoi No. 3B 8A Block, to and along another part of
the western boundary of part Tihoi No. 3B Block aforesaid to Trig. Station
No. 1390, Pureora, situated in Block III, Hurakia Survey District; thence along
a right line to the source of the Ongarue River and along another right line
in the direction of Trig. Station No. 1641, Rangitoto, situated in Block IV,
Pakaumanu Survey District, to the south-eastern boundary of Maraeroa A
No. 3B 2 Block; thence along the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of the
aforesaid block to its northernmost corner; thence along the western boundary
of part of Pouakani Block, to and down the middle of the Waiteti Stream and
down the middle of the Waipapa Stream to the point of commencement.
BAY OF PLENTY
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shores of
the Bay of Plenty, being the north-western corner of part of Tumu Kaituna
No. 1 Block in Block V, Te Tumu Survey District; thence easterly, north-
easterly, and southerly generally along the sea coast crossing the mouths of
all harbours and inlets, to a point in line with the northern boundary of
Kaiaua No. 1 Block; thence westerly and north-westerly generally along a right
line across a public road to and along the northern boundaries of the said No. 1
Block and Kopuatarakihi 1A, 1B 4, and 2A Blocks and the production of the
last-mentioned boundary to and up the middle of the Uawa River to a point
in line with the northern boundary of Section 1, Block III, Uawa Survey
District; thence along a right line to and along the northern boundaries of
the said Section 1, Mangatakerau No. 1c Block and Lot 2 of Small Grazing
Run 46 to the south-western corner of Tauwhareparae No. 3 Block; thence
along the western boundary of that block for a distance of 12800 links and
along a right line running due west for a distance of 12000 links to Trig.
Station 171, Puakato; thence along right lines bearing 262°, distance 12400
links; bearing 173° 15', distance 8700 links; bearing 210° 30', distance 5200
links, to Trig. Station Rimututahi; thence along right lines through the
Tauwhareparae Block bearing 314°, distance 1400 links; bearing 328°, distance
1100 links; bearing 294° 30', distance 2800 links; bearing 349° 41', distance
5669 links; bearing 345° 21', distance 1098 links; bearing 344° 29', distance
10800 links; bearing 74° 30', distance 4500 links; bearing 9° 30', distance
6600 links; bearing 273°, distance 7500 links; bearing 315°, distance 1600 links;
bearing 298° 30', distance 11800 links; bearing 267°, distance 2250 links;
bearing 258°, distance 4500 links; bearing 20° 29', 17000 links to a point on
the southern boundary of Tauwhareparae 2B Block, .21700 links distant from
its intersection with the middle of the Mangamauku Stream; thence along the
said southern boundary to and down the middle of the said stream to and
up the middle of the Mata River to a point in line with the northern boundary
of Section 1, Block VI, Tutamoi Survey District; thence along a right line
to and along the northern boundaries of the said Section 1, Section 1, Block V,
Tutamoi Survey District, small Grazing Run 98 and the eastern boundary of
Waipaoa No. 1A Block to its intersection with a right line between Trig.
Station Kapua situated in Block V, Hikurangi Survey District, and Trig.
Station Arowhana situated in Block IV, Arowhana Survey District; thence
along a right line to the said Trig. Station Arowhana; thence along a right
line in the direction of Trig. Station 139, Tuanuiotekahakaha, to its inter-
section with the north-eastern boundary of Waiaoa 1E Block; thence along the
north-eastern and north-western boundaries of that block to the generally
north-eastern boundary of Mangatu No. 5 Block and its production to the
middle of the Motu River; thence south-westerly generally up the middle of
the Motu River aforesaid to a point in line with the south-western boundary
of Lot 5, D.P. 2481, Block V, Arowhana Survey District; thence south-easterly
along a right line to and along the south-western boundaries of the said
Lot 5. Lot 4, D.P. 2396, and Lot 1, D.P. 2394, to the easternmost corner of
Lot 28, Mangatu No. 1 Block; thence south-westerly generally along the
south-eastern and southern boundaries of the said Lot 28 and Lot 19, and
the production of the last-mentioned boundary to and up the middle of the
Waitangirua Stream, along a right line to and along the western boundary
of Lot 21 to Trig. Station M4, and the north-western boundaries of Lots 2
