Auckland Land Registry, being part of Allotment 233 aforesaid, to and along the
south-eastern boundary of Lot 4 on D.P. 34138, being part of the said Allotment
233, to the Hamilton-Rotorua State Highway; thence easterly along the northern
side of that highway to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 5 on
D.P. 32103, being part of Allotment 254 of the said parish, and along a right
line across the said highway, to and along that eastern boundary and the south-
eastern boundaries of the said Lot 5 and of Lot 1 on D.P. 27808, being part of
the said Allotment 254, along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2 on D.P. 16692,
being part of the said Allotment 254, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1 on the
said D.P. 16692, being parts of the said Allotment 254 and of Allotment 255
of the said parish, along the north-western boundary of Lot 1 on D.P. 14466,
being parts of the said Allotment 255 and of Allotment 256 of the said parish, and
along a right line, being the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle
of the Waikato River; thence westerly, north-westerly, and north-easterly generally
along the boundary of the Electoral District of Waipa, hereinbefore described, to
the point of commencement.
PIAKO
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block VII,
Hamilton Survey District, being the intersection of the middle of Pickering's
Road and the middle of the Mangaomahu Stream; thence north-westerly,
north-easterly, northerly, and easterly generally along the boundaries of the
Electoral Districts of Waipa, Hamilton, again Waipa, Raglan, and Hauraki
hereinbefore described to Trig. Station 567, Te Aroha; thence along a right
line in the direction of Trig. Station Ma, Ngakuriawhare, on the north-western
boundary of Block II, Katikati Survey District, to the eastern boundary of the
original Aroha Block (plan M.L. 3062); thence south-easterly generally along
the said eastern boundary to the northernmost angle in the northern boundary
of Lot 5 on D.P. 25781, being part of Section 20, Block III, Wairere Survey
District; thence along the generally eastern boundaries of the said Section 20,
Waiharakeke East Block, and Maurihoro Block to and along the northern
boundary of the Okauia No. 1 Block to and down the middle of the Wairere
Stream to its confluence with the Waihou River; thence southerly generally
up the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of the Okauia
Hot Springs Road; thence south-westerly generally along a right line to and
along the middle of that road and the middle of Tower Road to a point in line
with the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 12857; thence along a right
line to the westernmost corner of the said Lot 2; thence along the afore-
mentioned south-western boundary for a distance of 1157:6 links; thence along
lines bearing 240° 14', distance 3800·9 links, bearing 216° 38' 30", distance
6753·2 links, and a line bearing 300° 25' across Burwood Road to the eastern
side of the Auckland-Rotorua Railway; thence southerly and westerly gen-
erally along the eastern side of the said railway to a point in line with the
middle of Puketutu Road; thence westerly along a right line to and along
the middle of that road and the middle of Matai Road to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 19658, being part Section 143, Matamata
Settlement; thence westerly along a right line to and along the boundaries of
Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 19658 aforesaid, and along a right line being that last-
mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Mangapapa Stream;
thence up the middle of that stream and along the southern and western
boundaries of Section 3 and the south-western boundary of Section 4, both
of Block VIII, Cambridge Survey District, to the westernmost corner of the
said Section 4; thence north-westerly generally along the southern boundary
of the Te Pae-o-Tu-Rawaru Block, the eastern boundaries of the Tawahakaporo,
Te Konehu, and Kiwitahi Nos. 1F and 1E Blocks, the northern boundary of
the said 1E Block and its production to and down the middle of the Topehahae
Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 73s, Te Miro
Settlement; thence along a right line to and along the said northern boundary,
the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 24s, Te Miro Settlement,
and the north-eastern boundaries of parts Kiwitahi Nos. 3B and 3c Blocks, as
shown on D.P. 28351, to the north-eastern corner of part Tahuroa Nos. 2
and 3c Blocks as shown on D.P. 24860; thence south-westerly generally along
the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the said part Tahuroa Nos. 2 and
3c, to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 72s and 71s, Te Miro
Settlement, to the Waitakaruru Stream; thence down that stream to the
Ngakauroa Stream; thence up the middle of that stream to the northern
boundary of Section 28s, Te Miro Settlement; thence along that boundary
and along the western boundaries of 28s and 33s, the north-western boundary
of 34s, and the northern and western boundaries of 35s to a point in line
with the northern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII, Hamilton Survey District;
thence to and along that boundary, the western boundary of the said Section 1,
the northern boundary of Section 2, and the northern and western boundaries
of Allotment 174, Hautapu Parish, the northern boundaries of Allotments 177
and 178, the western boundary of said Allotment 178, the northern boundaries
of Allotments 180 and 179, the western boundaries of Allotments 179, 180,
and 181, all in the Parish of Hautapu, and the production of the last-mentioned
boundary to the middle of Pickering's Road; thence westerly along the middle
of that road to the point of commencement.
TAURANGA
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block I, Katikati
North Survey District, on the shores of the Bay of Plenty, known as Te Ararimu,
being the south-eastern corner of Waihi No. 5 Block; thence south-easterly
generally along the said shores of the Bay of Plenty, crossing the entrances of the
Tauranga Harbour, to the north-western corner of part of Tumu Kaituna No. 1
Block in Block V, Te Tumu Survey District; thence southerly along the western
boundary of the said part No. 1 Block, along the western boundary of part of
Tumu Kaituna No. 1 Block aforesaid, shown on D.P. 16773, and along a right
line, being that last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Kaituna
River; thence south-westerly generally up the middle of that river, the middle of
the Waiari River, and the middle of the Mangatoi Stream, to and along the
northern boundaries of Sections 5 and 4, Block XVI, Otanewainuku Survey
District, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
southerly along the western boundary of Section 4 of the aforesaid Otanewainuku
Survey District, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary
produced to the middle of a public road; thence along the middle of that road
to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Section 7, Block XVI
aforesaid; thence along a right line, to and along the north-western boundary
of Section 7 aforesaid, and along another right line across Te Rerenga Stream, to
