Wolverton Road to the right bank of Whau Creek; thence northerly and south-
easterly generally along the right bank of Whau Creek and the shore of Waitemata
Harbour, to and up the left bank of Motion’s Creek to the middle of Old Mill
Road; thence across Motion’s Creek to the point of commencement; and including
all wharves and other extensions seaward.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shore of
Manukau Harbour at the southern extremity of the eastern boundary of Allot-
ment 75, Titirangi Parish; thence northerly generally along the eastern boundary
of the said Allotment 75 to White Swan Road, along a right line to the middle of
Boundary Road, and along the middle of Boundary Road to its junction with a
road forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 72, Titirangi Parish, thence
south-easterly along the middle of the last-mentioned road to a point in line with
the north-western boundary of Allotment 71, Titirangi Parish; thence north-
easterly to and along the last-mentioned boundary across Richardson Road to and
along the north-western boundary of Allotment 90, Titirangi Parish, and the
production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Stoddard Road;
thence north-westerly along the middle of Stoddard Road to Sandringham Road;
thence along the middle of Sandringham Road to Gifford Avenue, along the
middle of Gifford Avenue to Elphinstone Avenue, along the middle of Elphinstone
Avenue to Greenville Avenue, and along the middle of Greenville Avenue and a
right of way to Mount Albert Road; thence south-easterly along the middle of
Mount Albert Road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of
Allotment 122, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland; thence to and along the north-
western boundaries of Allotments 122, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127, 128, 129, 130,
131, 132, 133, 134, 135, and 136, Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, to and across
Raleigh Street; thence along the northern side of Raleigh Street to Kowhai
Street; thence along the middle of Kowhai Street to a point in line with the
southern boundary of Kowhai Junior High School; thence to and along the
southern and south-western boundaries of the said school and the production of
the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of Sandringham Road; thence westerly
along the middle of Sandringham Road to a point in line with the middle of
the road leading to the footbridge near Kingsland Railway Station; thence
northerly along the production of the last-mentioned middle-line to the middle of
the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway; thence south-westerly generally along
the boundary of the Electoral District of Grey Lynn, hereinafter described, to
the left bank of Whau Creek; thence down the left bank of Whau Creek to
and up the Avondale Stream to the western side of Portage Road; thence
southerly along the western side of Portage Road and its production to the
Manukau Harbour; thence easterly generally along the shore of the Manukau
Harbour to the point of commencement.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of Newton
Road in line with the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 12, Section 7, Suburbs
of Auckland; thence south-westerly generally along the boundary of the Electoral
District of Ponsonby, hereinafter described, to the middle of Central Road;
thence southerly generally along the boundary of the Electoral District of Grey
Lynn, hereinafter described, to and along the boundary of the Electoral District
of Mount Albert, hereinafter described, to the middle of Halesowen Avenue;
thence easterly along the middle of Halesowen Avenue to Dominion Road; thence
southerly along the middle of Dominion Road to Peary Road; thence easterly
