THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
Import Control Exemption Notice 1957
Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Import Control Regulations 1938,* the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice 1957.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 8th day of February 1957.
  2. Goods of the classes specified in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country other than the countries specified in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    Tariff Item No.
    262 (2)
    Class of Goods
    Toilet sets, including containers therefor, whether or not such containers are suitable for permanent use.
    Revokes exemption in Gazette, No. 18, of 10 March 1955, covering toilet sets under Tariff item 204.
    SECOND SCHEDULE
    BOLIVIA, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Japan, Korea, Liberia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Philippines, United States of America, Venezuela.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
Evidence of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 338, folio 146, for 4 acres and 25.5 perches, more or less, being Lot 25, Deposited Plan 14792, and being portion of Te Ihumatao No. 1 and Waikoukou No. 2 Blocks, in the name of Her Majesty the Queen, having been lodged with me together with an application to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice (K. 60031).
