Unclaimed Landsβ€”Notice by the Public Trustee Under the Public Trust Office Act 1908 and its Amendments
To the owner of the following land, that is to say:
All that parcel of land containing 24 perches, more or less, being Lots 63 and 64 of a subdivision into lots of part of the block of land called Te Kapara No. 3503, the said subdivision being called the Town of Waihou, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 41, folio 142 (Auckland Registry) in the name of Mary Ann Moffat, the wife of John Moffat, of Waitoa, hotelkeeper.
Whereas after due inquiry the owner of the above-described land cannot be found; and whereas the said owner has no known agent in New Zealand: now the Public Trustee hereby calls on such owner, within six months of the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land, and if he fails or neglects to do so, the Public Trustee will exercise as regards the said land the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act 1908 (Part II) and its amendments.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee Under the Public Trust Office Act 1908 (Part II) (Unclaimed Lands)
WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee of New Zealand, have for the purposes of Part II of the Public Trust Office Act 1908 (relating to unclaimed lands) made due inquiry with respect to the land described in the Schedule hereunder and the whereabouts of the owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said land, given the notices prescribed by section 66 of that Act and have in all respects complied with the provisions of that Act pertinent thereto; and whereas the owner has not established her title to the said land as required by that Act: I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 67 (d) of that Act, the said land is vested in the Public Trustee as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be administered under the Public Trust Office Act 1908.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 24 perches, more or less, situate in the Township of Waihou, being Allotments 44 and 45, Deposited Plan 60, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 32, folio 106 (Auckland Registry), in the name of Ellen Fox, wife of James Fox, of Waikato, in the Provincial District of Auckland, contractor.
Dated at Wellington this 29th day of January 1957.
