Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the Borough of Hawera
(Notice No. Ag. 6213)
PURSUANT to the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said Act, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Hawera Borough Council on the 17th day of December 1956.
SPECIAL ORDER
The Hawera Borough Council, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, hereby resolves by way of special order that the following plants be declared noxious weeds within the Borough of Hawera, viz.: Bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis) Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) Dated at Wellington this 3rd day of January 1957.
