General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken,
subject as to Lot 3, D.P. 7752, to the building-line condition
contained in W. 8816, Taranaki Land Registry, for buildings of
the General Government; and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of
January 1957.
