A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 30187, being part Whenuakite Block. Situated in Block II, Whitianga Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37580.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149358 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of February 1956.

An Easement Over Land Taken for Defence Purposes in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Schedule hereto for defence purposes, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way, with the right for Her Majesty's servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees from time to time, and at all times hereafter, to go, pass and repass with or without horses or other animals or vehicles over the land described in the said Schedule, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of February 1956.
