PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 9th day of October 1956 and published in the Gazette, No. 55, of the 11th day of the same month, at page 1396, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth as No. W.8968, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land.
