Land in County of Wanganui Declared to be a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Wanganui County Council on the 7th day of
November 1956:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Wanganui
County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held
by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said
county in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto
shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve
for recreational purposes within the meaning of the said Act,
the said reserve to be known as the A. H. Collins Park.
