dated the 24th day of November 1950 and published in
Gazette, 30 November 1950, Volume III, page 2032, and
deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No.
4272, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-
Foxton Motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in
the Schedule hereto.
