A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day
of December 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 37·7 perches.

being part Rural Section 528, Township of Palmerston North.
