Revocation of Appointment of the Rothesay Bay Domain Board and Appointment of New Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Rothesay Bay Domain Board as published in Gazette, 30 October 1952, Volume III, page 1772, and appoints the East Coast Bays Borough Council to be the Rothesay Bay Domain Board to have the control of the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.

Appointing the Te Kuiti Borough Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Te Kuiti Borough Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a scenic reserve.
