All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle lines of Tapiri Street and Ruahine Street, being a point on the boundary of the Electoral District of Wellington Central hereinbefore described; thence north-easterly generally along the boundary of that electoral district to the shore of Evans Bay; thence southerly, easterly, and northerly along the shore of Evans Bay to Point Halswell; thence southerly and westerly generally along the shore of Port Nicholson and the sea coast to a point in Houghton Bay in line with the middle of Houghton Bay Road, being a point on the boundary of the Electoral District of Island Bay hereinbefore described; thence northerly generally along the boundary of that electoral district to the point of commencement, and including all wharves and other extensions seawards.

WESTLAND

All that area comprising the present Electoral District of Westland together with the Reefton Riding and that portion of Antonios Riding of the County of Inangahua not included in the present Electoral District of Westland.

BULLER

All that area comprising the Counties of Buller, Collingwood, Takaka, and Murchison, the Boroughs of Westport and Motueka, the Town District of Takaka, the Motueka, Moutere, Whangapeka, and Wai-iti Ridings of the County of Waimea, the Boatmans and Maruia Springs Ridings of the County of Inangahua, and that portion of the Central Riding of the County of Waimea lying generally to the west of a line commencing at the intersection of Drons Road and the road forming the north-western boundary of Section 186, Square 2 (Block VIII, Wai-iti Survey District); thence proceeding northerly generally along the middle of the last-mentioned road to a point in line with the northern boundary of the said Section 186, to and along that boundary and the generally western boundaries of Sections 37, 38, 39, and 36 to Cut Hill Trig. Station in Block IV, Wai-iti Survey District, a straight line in the direction of the north-eastern corner of Section 69, Moutere Hills, to the middle of the Motueka-Nelson Main Highway and along the middle of that highway to the northern boundary of the said Central Riding.

NELSON

All that area comprising the present Electoral District of Nelson excluding therefrom that portion of the Moutere Riding of the County of Waimea included in the Electoral District of Buller hereinbefore described.

MARLBOROUGH

All that area comprising the Counties of Sounds, Marlborough, Awatere, Kaikoura, and Cheviot, the Boroughs of Blenheim and Picton, and that portion of the Hanmer Riding of the County of Amuri lying generally to the north-east of a line commencing at Trig. Station Z, on the western boundary of Block IX, Rainbow Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the ridge passing through Mount Guinevere, being the boundary of St. James Run, to the eastern shore of Lake Tennyson, along that shore and down the Clarence River to its confluence with the Leader Dale; thence up the Leader Dale to its source, along a straight line to the source of the Five Mile Stream and down the middle of that stream to its junction with the Acheron River.

HURUNUI

All that area comprising the Counties of Waipara, Oxford, Ashley, Kowai, Rangiora, and Eyre, the Boroughs of Rangiora and Kaiapoi, the Styx, Marshlands, and Belfast Ridings of the County of Waimairi, the County of Amuri excluding the portion thereof included in the Electoral District of Marlborough hereinbefore described, those portions of the Harewood and Papanui Ridings of the County of Waimairi lying generally north of a line commencing at the junction of Russley Road and Waimakariri Road and proceeding easterly generally along the middle of Waimakariri Road to and along the middle of Sawyers Arms Road to the eastern side of the South Island Main Trunk Railway; thence northerly along the eastern side of that railway to and easterly along the southern boundary of Rural Section 291 to the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 16868; thence continuing easterly and northerly and again easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1, D.P. 16868, and its production to the middle of the Main North Road; thence northerly along the middle of that road to its junction with Daniels Road; thence easterly along the middle of that road to its junction with Grimseys Road.

SELWYN

All that area comprising the Counties of Springs, Ellesmere, Malvern, Selwyn, Halswell, and Tawera, the Town District of Leeston, the Yaldhurst, Islington, Hornby, Prebbleton, Templeton, West Melton, Broadfield, and Ladbrooks Ridings of the County of Paparua, and the Mount Hutt and South Rakaia Ridings of the County of Ashburton.

FENDALTON

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of Russley and Burnside Roads and proceeding north-easterly along the middle of Russley Road and Waimakariri Road to Sawyers Arms Road; thence south-easterly along the middle of Sawyers Arms Road to the eastern side of the South Island Main Trunk Railway; thence northerly along the eastern side of that railway to and easterly along the southern boundary of Rural Section 291, to the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 16868; thence continuing easterly and northerly and again easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 1, D.P. 16868, and its production to the middle of the Main North Road; thence northerly along the middle of that road to its junction with Daniels Road; thence easterly along the middle of Daniels Road to its junction with Grimseys Road; thence southerly generally along the middle of that road, across Winters Road to and along the western and south-western boundaries of Rural Section 1048 to the north-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 14508; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of the said Lot 2 and Lots 5, 4, 3, and 2, D.P. 15533, to the middle of the Papanui Drain; thence north-westerly along the middle of the Papanui Drain to its intersection with the middle of Grants Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of Grants Road to its junction with the middle of Papanui Road; thence south-easterly along the middle of Papanui Road to its intersection with the middle of Bealey Avenue; thence westerly generally along the middle of Bealey Avenue, the middle of Harper Avenue, to and up the middle of the Avon River to and along the generally northern boundary of the Borough of Riccarton as described in the Gazette of 1932, at page 555, to the middle of Clyde Road; thence northerly generally along the middle of Clyde Road and Burnside Road to the point of commencement.

All that area bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 14508, being a point on the boundary of the City of Christchurch as described in the Gazette of 1955, at page 1094, and proceeding easterly generally along that city boundary to the middle of Marshland Road; thence southerly along the middle of Marshland Road and Banks Avenue and its production to the middle of the Avon River; thence up the middle of the Avon River to a point in line with the middle of North Avon Road; thence westerly to and along the middle of that road, southerly along the middle of Stanmore Road, and again easterly along the middle of London Street and Bealey Avenue to its intersection with the middle of Papanui Road, being a point on the boundary of the Electoral District of Fendalton hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly, north-easterly, and south-easterly along that district boundary to the northernmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 14508, being the point of commencement.
