Timber Preservation Regulations 1955 (Notice No. 4)--Appointments of Timber Preservation Authority Officers
PURSUANT to the Timber Preservation Regulations 1955, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives notice as follows:
(1) The officers of the New Zealand Forest Service named in the Schedule hereto are hereby authorised to act as Timber Preservation Authority Officers, and to exercise the powers specified in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of regulation 10 (1) of the Timber Preservation Regulations 1955.
(2) That the appointment dated 5 October 1956 of Douglas Richmond Carr as Senior Inspector for the purposes of the Timber Preservation Authority Regulations 1955 published in the Gazette of 18 October 1956 is hereby revoked.
