A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 26 perches.
Being part Section 5.
Situated in Block XXIX, Takitimu Survey District, Southland R.D. (S.O. 6342.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152254 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to an agreement as to fencing contained in memorandum of transfer No. 400915, Auckland Land Registry, for the purpose of erecting a waterworks (reservoir) and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of East Coast Bays as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1956.
