A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:

A. R. P. Being
3 1 5·8 Part Section 15; coloured yellow.
0 0 23·6 Part Section 36; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Road Closed

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 3 acres 3 roods 1 perch.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 15, E17, 33, and 36; coloured green.

All situated in Block XI, Waipoua Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39461.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 152105 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of November 1956.

All situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38217.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 151268 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
