Appointed

Pursuant to the Waterfront Industry Act 1953, the Minister
of Labour hereby appoints

Norman William McGorlick,
vice Allan Herbert James Wyatt, to be Chairman of the Port
Conciliation Committee for Port of Bluff for a term expiring
on the 31st day of March 1957.

This appointment consequentially revokes Mr McGorlick's
appointment as Deputy Chairman of the committee.
