EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding certificate of title, Volume 368, folio 14, Wellington Registry, in the name of Alfred Robert Alexander Turner, of Ngaio, blacksmith, for 1 rood 3·2 perches, being part Section 6, Kaiwarra District, Lot 99, Deposited Plan 2182 (and now Lots 1 and 2 on plan lodged for deposit 19099), and application (K. 39531) having been made to me to issue two new certificates of title for the said Lots 1 and 2 in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificates of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
