PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 5th day of November 1956, subject as to the land first described to the building-line restriction imposed by special order No. K. 55936, Auckland Land Registry, and to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 578589, Auckland Land Registry.
